Comprehensive energy assistance Program (CEAP)

Assists low income residents who need to help their utility bills.

Medical Transportation Program

Provides free transportation there and back for anyone (child or adult) with Medicaid coverage who needs to make an approved trip to medical facilities locally and throughout the region.

Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)

Offers assistance to help a resident lower their home heating and cooling expenses through the conservation of energy.

Emergency Food and shelter program (EFSP)

Federal funds are administered locally. It also is in charge of administering some local church funds and the Dawson County Welfare Fund.
